How To Clean Your Office In Half An Hour

If your home is your castle then your office must be your treasury, and maintaining it in good condition is vital for your fortune, so learning how to clean your office might prove to be essential for your business. However, despite your best efforts, your office is bound to get messy sometimes, especially when you have a series of important business projects that need your full attention, and cleaning the office simply gets put off indefinitely.

If you want to be able to clean your office in record time, and save money from hiring expert commercial cleaners at Brighton to maintain the proper looks of your business space, you should follow these three easy, and time-saving steps to a clean, and swanky office:

1. Organise

Before you can actually clean the office you need to de-clutter it, and organise all the papers – that is what all those cabinets and mystical gadgets like Google Drop Box are for. Still, if you can't help but feel more comfortable using the old-fashioned paper documents whenever you deem fit, you need to sort everything, and throw away (recycle, naturally) all the outdated papers in a trash-can. If you are working with other people loose it, and go on a paper spree – maybe it will motivate your co-workers to follow your example.

2. Clean The Desk(s)

First of all, turn off the computer/ laptop, and clean it either with a clothed dampened with all-purpose cleaner, or with a disinfectant wet wipe. Feel free to use a Q-tip to clean the hard-to-reach spots like the keys on the keyboard. Move on to the office chair and the cubicle partitions by dusting them, or cleaning them with a mild cleaner. Don't forget to wipe up the telephone, too. You will be amazed at how many germs dwell on it. In case, you spot ink stains on the desk, you should clean them up with rubbing alcohol, which by the way is a great disinfectant, and you can use it on the computer, and phone as well.

3. General Cleaning

Once the desk is clean, you can work your way to the floor. Start by vacuum cleaning it, and wipe it with a floor cleaners and a mop. In case it is particularly dirty, you can enhance the cleaner with ¼ bleach. Last but not lest, go through the trash once again, and check if you have sorted it all right – you want to recycle everything, and not mix the recyclables with the non-recyclables.
